Hey lovely, I’m Rachel.

I’m a feminine embodiment and cyclic living mentor and host of the Weaving the Wild podcast.

For much of my twenties, I felt unmoored — numb, anxious, and adrift in grief after the loss of both my brother and my step-dad before the age of 24.

Years of hormonal imbalance and pain had left me disconnected from my body, but in 2017 I chose a new path. After 7+ years, I took myself off the pill and began listening to the voice of my womb. My journey of reconnection has been shaped by profound teachers—both human and more-than-human—including Torie Feldman, Jasmine Rose, Mikailah Rachael, and the earth herself.

Something shifted at the tender age of 25 and I began to gently root myself back into the sacred rhythms of life.

Through the wisdom of the moon, the voice of my womb, and the presence of my ancestors, I started to remember what I had forgotten: what it means to truly be alive.

This remembering became my anchor. It taught me what it means to live in a way that is organic, true, and deeply meaningful. To live as part of the earth and life itself, woven into the thread of what is, what has been, and what will be. To feel rooted in the land and the more-than-human world, guided by the stories, patterns, and cycles that surround us.

Today, I guide women to return to the wisdom and rhythm of the earth, moon, and womb. I hold space for them to honor their cycles, reclaim their power, and awaken the truth within. Through sacred journeys, courses, and Weaving the Wild—my podcast of five years—I invite women to step into a slower, softer way of being that honors the sacredness of life, the fertility of creation, and the quiet power of surrender.

I live this truth in my slightly rundown cottage, where the sunrise lights my mornings, and the rhythm of the seasons shapes my days. I share my days with my partner, our cat and border collie. And my life is woven by the threads of my own cyclical nature, my garden and the simple ritual of being a woman devoted to living softly, and deeply.

As a Libra sun and moon with Capricorn rising, I am drawn to the dance of balance and rootedness, seeking beauty in the interplay of earth and sky, life and death, growth and rest. Give me beauty and practicality. Let the lusciousness of life feel tangible and have longevity. By remembering how to flow, grow, end and begin again — as is the sacred feminine way.

I believe it’s time to remember.

To root ourselves back into the rhythms of the earth, moon, and womb.

Are you ready to return?
